If you are applying for your non-consent (PP or IM) Tow Operator license with TDLR for the first time, or you are upgrading to a PP or IM license, you will need to take the Texas Certification Exam to obtain these type of licenses. Click on a location below and Register for the event in your area.YOU MAY REGISTER ANYTIME FOR THE EXAM. The dates listed do not always reflect the availability of locations and dates; we can schedule you anywhere, anytime you need it or you may call one of the Proctors to arrange times and dates.

We recommend a study session before testing. This session is $20 in addition to the cost of the testing so please bring cash if you would like to take the study session. We STRONGLY recommend this, as it is $50 to re-take the test if you fail.
